Hello and thank you for visiting my website, your support
and appreciation is invaluable. The last few years have been
incredible for me, performing at venues I had only dreamed of,
both in this country and internationally.
In October 2009, I was honored to be asked by the "Welsh Legend," Max Boyce MBE to support him on his tour of Welsh theatres, which began in Cwmbran, South Wales and ended in Harlech, North Wales. Working with such a true professional was an amazing experience, one which I will never forget. Also supporting Max was the outrageous comedian, Colin Price, star of ITV's "The Comedians." I continue to work with Colin today, he has become a good friend.
My new album 'Because We Believe' has received excellent reviews and was made BBC Radio Wales, "Album of the Week". Once again, this album includes duets with my son, Ben Howells, Bruce Anderson, Chris Needs MBE, Graham Anthony and my dad, Lyn Maddocks. The album also includes 2 original songs; "Walking Lonley," written by Mr Phil Lake of Swansea
and "You Believed in Me," which I was inspired to write and record.
In January 2010, I auditioned for Thomson Gold and was successful. I have been working in these beautiful hotels in Majorca, Tenerife and Lanzarote since and continue to do so.
Since my career began I have been extremely priveliged to have shared the stage with many celebrities such as Ruth Madoc ( Star of BBC's 'Hi De Hi') , Rebecca Evans (world renowned Opera star), Mike Doyle (International comedian and TV star), Stan Stennett MBE (TV and Theatre star), Chris Needs MBE ( BBC Radio Wales presenter), Jeff Hooper (International Big Band singer) and the fabulous Margaret John (star of BBC TV series 'High Hopes' and 'Gavin and Stacey').
I have also been proud to perform alongside very talented artists such as International award winning comedian Andy Rudge, International comedian Lenny Dee and award winning vocalists Bruce Anderson and Graham Anthony. All of whom have become dear friends.
Of course there are many people to thank for my achievements, so I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who
has helped to make my singing career so successful and rewarding, not
forgetting my family and friends for their continued love and support.
